Principled Leadership for Idaho's Future
I am seeking to restore trust in state government by prioritizing Idaho residents’ voices, promoting transparent policy decisions, and bridging divides through respectful conversation aimed at real and mutually acceptable solutions.
My position on every issue will be guided by citizen input, and by WHAT IS BEST FOR THE GREATEST NUMBER OF IDAHOANS. To achieve this goal, I will maintain my outreach through regular, well advertised town hall meetings as well as high visibility in the communities I represent.
I will not be influenced by any legislative policy mill.
Restoring Representative Government
I will not be influenced by such entities as the Idaho Freedom Foundation (IFF) or the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC).
I will not sponsor or sign onto any legislation that is connected to any ideiological group, no matter what their political affiliation is.
I will only represent the citizens of Idaho.
Promoting Civility
Fostering a respectful and inclusive atmosphere in the Idaho legislature requires good faith cooperation and negotiation. "No" and "I will not" will not appear in my legislative vocabulary.
